Agency operations

Stop paying strategists to hunt for context

Agency operations covers how a creative agency runs its work: how briefs get written, how project knowledge is stored and found, and how recurring account work gets done. Multiply handles the information half of that, so your team spends its hours on strategy instead of on searching for what it already knows.

Where the hours go

The work before the work

Ask a strategist what they did on Tuesday and a large part of the answer is retrieval. Finding the deck from the last campaign. Re-reading a year of email to remember what the client rejected in March. Rebuilding the market picture someone already built. It is billable time spent recovering knowledge the agency owns and cannot locate.

How it works

Collect, organise, then work

Multiply reads what a project already contains and turns it into something your team and its agents can both use.

01

It reads the files you already have

Upload the briefs, decks, research and correspondence a project has accumulated. Multiply analyses them across audience, brand, culture and market rather than leaving them as a folder.

02

It surfaces what is in there

Key findings per area, gaps in what you know, and suggested next steps, each card carrying a clickable link back to the source it came from.

03

It feeds the actual work

That context flows into tasks, so briefs, research and creative development start from what the account already knows instead of from an empty page.

Recurring work

The reports nobody wants to write

Workflows are scheduled agent runs on a cadence you set, daily, weekly or monthly. You write the instruction once, and Multiply runs it using the agents and tools available to that account, connected to the workspace or project it belongs to. Competitive monitoring, account reviews and weekly roundups stop depending on whoever remembers. Workflows have been available to all customers since June 2026.
